What are your call-out and labour rates?

Our standard callout is £60 and labour is £50 per hour (charged at £13.75 per 15 minutes). Out of hours callouts are charged at £95 (weekends).

Will I know how much the work will be before it is carried out?

We always gain approval from our customers before completing any work to make sure everyone is aware of how much the work is going to be.

When will my invoice be due?

Our standard payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice. 

What if my machine requires parts that you don't have in stock?

We carry a large amount of stock to get your machine running. If we have a situation where further parts are needed, then we work with multiple suppliers to get parts sent out for next-day delivery.

Is it just dishwashers and glasswashers that you repair?

We have expert knowledge across all warewash brands and models, so we do specialise in dishwasher and glasswashers.

Will you partner with our business to support our warewashing repair work?

Yes of course we will! We know that warewashing inside and out, that's why we offer our services to multiple commercial catering business to help support their customers. Your customers are our customers - we always provide the best service.

We are based in Dudley and cover roughly 50-miles from our base. Areas we cover include:

Do you sell machines?

We supply both new and refurbished machines. View our Sales page for more information

Are your refurbished machines tested?

Yes we refurbish and test all machines in-house. We can also send videos of the machine functioning should you require.

Can you install the machines for us?

Yes we can install any machines that we supply.
